Sphere projection for DeMuseumFabriek
De Museumfabriek is a Dutch museum that has a diverse collection of objects originating from nature, science, culture and technology. We were asked to create an experience in the first room that introduces the topics of the museum and shows visitors how these topics are related in certain ways.
The interactive sphere projection allows visitors to explore the relation between these topics by connecting with the sphere using their hands. Different worlds and objects take over the sphere, showing the similarities of all the different topics in shape, color, texture, origin and meaning.
After a year we changed the interactive projection for only video content, which contains of four storyline based content which explains the vision of the museum. The final video's were created by spreadmotion.
